The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was heavenly. Parking was close to the room. Sounds great, but unfortunately that’s not the end of our story. All the amenities, including the pool, are no where near the hotel. The staff was completely clueless and not helpful at all. She would not answer the phone at all, so we had to keep walking over since there were no towels and the other room issues. The air conditioning did not work properly and it was 75% humidity in our room. I had to get dressed on the balcony it was so hot in the room. The towel rack just fell off the wall when I touched the hand towel. We left one night into our stay , very disappointed. Hotels.com was able to work with the manager to get us a refund for our other night.

We used the fitness room and that was disappointing. I travel frequently and the fitness equipment was the worst I've come across on my travels (I specifically choose hotels based on having a fitness area). There were only 3 dumbbell weight selections and an entire rack that could hold more but that was all that was available.

Harmony Hill was a great place to spend a quiet night after exploring the area. It was very clean, and the hosts Mary and Bill were kind and attentive. Breakfast was abundant and well prepared, and my husband's dietary needs were well attended to. We enjoyed!
